Frequently Asked Questions
For custom inquiries, please read about our process on the Custom Page. Each request is unique and the timeline and costs will vary depending on the scope a project.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns as most pieces are made to order. All sales are final. Our priority is for you to love your jewelry and will work with you to select and/or design a piece that fits you and your lifestyle. Please feel free to email us for help with personal shopping. We are happy to send additional photos and answer as many questions as we can.
We do not currently offer international purchases through our website, but may be able to accommodate through a custom invoice. Please note that any taxes or duties imposed by your country at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect international duties or taxes at the time of purchase.
Some pieces may be customizable with engraving or adding a small stone, like our Legacy pendants. Please inquire before purchasing to confirm if a piece can be customized.
We highly recommend insuring all of your fine jewelry. You can do this either by adding a Jewelry Rider to your homeowner’s insurance policy or by working directly with Jewelers Mutual. In most cases, your invoice will be sufficient for coverage, but if your insurer requires a formal appraisal, we’re happy to provide one at no additional cost.
For the most accurate fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger professionally sized, or using an affordable ring sizing kit found online. We offer quarter sizes and sizes larger than what is shown on product pages as well. Reach out to us and we will make a note of the exact size before going into production. Keep in mind that additional costs may apply for increase of materials.
We offer complimentary resizing within one year of purchase, depending on the ring style. Some designs—such as eternity bands—cannot be resized. If you're looking to resize your ring after the one-year period, please reach out to us to confirm if it's possible and to receive a quote.
