We do not issue refunds or accept returns, all sales are final. Our priority is for you to love your jewelry and we will work with you to select and/or design a piece that fits you and your lifestyle. If you are shopping for a gift, please feel free to email us for help with personal shopping or a gift card. If you've received your jewelry and encounter any issues with your piece, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

If an item becomes damaged and you require a repair, please email us sales@serinkelley.com with photos for assistance. Each repair is handled case by case and depending on the state of the piece/s, costs and timing will vary.
